Our range includes:

  • Cardio: These classes are excellent calorie burners designed to raise the heart rate and improve your fitness levels. They will help increase metabolism and lean muscle tissue whilst improving blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose levels.
  • Strength & Toning: These are classes designed to work every muscle in the body, improving muscular fitness and body composition. Helping you to tone, strengthen and re-shape from top to toe.
  • Unwind and Re-energise: Including Body Balance, yoga and pilates. These classes build flexibility and strength and leave you feeling centred and calm. They focus on controlled breathing and concentration which brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
  • Bootcamps: All of our Bootcamp classes are designed with the same goal in mind - To improve fitness by strengthening heart & lungs; to tone and strengthen muscles; and to burn calories and fat. Bootcamp exercises will challenge you to grow in speed, agility and strength. and increase your endurance level.

We also offer Keiser Intelligent Cycling & VIBE Cycle  in our dedicated studio and a number of other themed classes for different needs and abilities, such as Boogie Bounce Xtreme, DDMIX, Clubbercise and Forever Fit.
