Can I cancel my booking?

  • Yes, you can cancel your booking, as long as you give 48 hours notice. Please email us and provide you booking: Date, Time and E-ticket Number

Can I amend / change my booking?

  • Yes, you can change or amend your booking. Please email us and provide you booking: Date, Time and E-ticket Number and a detail of the changes you require, example change of day and time.

Can I add people to my booking?

  • Yes, you need to make a new 'additional' booking and bring both e-ticket numbers.

​

What's the difference between indoor and outdoor seating?

  • Outdoor seating means your table for eating and drinking will be outside. You still have full access to the facility and play equipment.

 

I can't book all the tickets I need?

This means the session has limited availability - try another session.

​

Can I arrive after the session has started?

Of course! You can arrive at any point of the session, but you must leave at the advertised session end time, to allow for cleaning.

Is all the equipment available?

Unfortunately not, in order to comply with the covid-secure guidelines some activities have been temporarily removed for e.g the ballpit.
