Today is National Fitness Day, so for a limited time only, NBLT's Empire Gym is celebrating by providing FREE gym and exercise class sessions until Thursday this week! A registered charity (1109970) since 2005, Nuneaton & Bedworth Leisure Trust (NBLT) aspires to improve people's quality of life and health and well-being through leisure, fitness and activities which are accessible to all.
Highlighting the importance of being regularly physically active, the health benefits of exercise are endless and allow us to lead healthier lives. Empire believes physical activity has the ability to bring people together and to positively impact our physical, mental and social wellbeing.
